    We partner with international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority services), to deliver our wall-mounted condiment storage racks.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched from our Canada facility within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive within 5–9 business days.

Tracking: To keep you informed, we provide automated email notifications containing tracking information at key milestones, including dispatch, arrival at carrier hubs, and local delivery.

Extended Delays: If an order exceeds the standard shipping duration, we will initiate an investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the investigation findings, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
    In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You may return your order without providing a reason within 14 days from the date you receive your items.

In such cases, there is no requirement to return the damaged item to us.
