    We operate a strict Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model, managing our inventory and fulfilling orders directly from our dedicated facilities in Canada. We do not engage in third-party dropshipping.

Shipping Partners: We collaborate with major international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, to ensure reliable, fully traceable delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are securely packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, standard international delivery to the US and Europe is expected to arrive within 5–9 business days.

Duty and Tax (DDP Model): All shipments are processed on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Extended Transit & Investigations: Should a shipment exceed the standard delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. Based on the official investigation findings, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing within Europe possess the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without providing a specific reason. To exercise this right, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

Resolution & Dispute Avoidance Process
To facilitate a swift resolution for damaged goods, we require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once the documentation is reviewed and verified by our team, we will immediately initiate a full refund or dispatch a replacement. You are not required to return the damaged item.
